
Martin’s Point is continuously seeking innovative solutions and many of those solutions will be powered by technology that Eichner and his department will develop and implement. Eichner comes to Martin’s Point from San Antonio, Texas. Most recently he was the vice president and chief information officer at Healthcare Information Management Systems & Society, a membership organization focused on providing global leadership for the optimal use of health care IT and management systems.

In his role as vice president of Martin’s Point Management System, Paino will be setting strategy and driving the company’s focus on creating an organization of problems solvers through the use of LEAN and the Balanced Score Card.
Paino comes to Martin’s Point with more than 17 years of experience in both leadership and consulting. He earned his B.S. from Delaware Valley College and has completed courses toward his M.B.A. from Villanova University.
