Richmond – Frances Ellen Brawn, 77, of Richmond passed peacefully on January 3, 2019 at Maine Medical Center. Frances was born in Brunswick, Maine on July 4, 1941, a daughter of John and Edna Tome. She was a Brunswick High School alum and worked at Etonic Shoe before joining Clarostat Manufacturing until her retirement.
Frances had a true zest for life. She loved spending time with her large family, gardening, and especially fishing with her husband of 54 years.
Frances is survived by her husband Ellwood Brawn, son Michael Brawn and his wife Christine, daughter Cathy and her husband William Kennard, her grandchildren Christopher Brawn and wife Kim, Stephanie Brawn, Emma Kennard and Megan Kennard. Frances is also survived by her siblings; Arthur Tome and wife Joyce, Fred Tome, Tina and husband Ronald Litalien, Carolyn and husband Robert Reynolds as well as many nieces/nephews and special friends.
Frances was predeceased by her parents, brothers; Walter, John “Burt”, Harry, Frank, Clarence and by her sisters; Olga, Polly and Alice.
Visitation for Frances will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 1PM with a Funeral service to be held at 2 PM at the Kincer Funeral Home 130 Pleasant St. Richmond, Me www.kincerfuneralhome.com
