Frances Rae “Fran” DiBiase Flohr
WESTBROOK – Frances DiBiase Flohr, 78, of Westbrook, passed away peacefully on Aug. 17, 2025. She is remembered for her warmth, laughter, and devotion to family.
The family invites you to a time of visitation on Tuesday Aug. 26 from 4-7 p.m. at Jones, Rich and Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday Aug. 27 at 11 a.m. at St. Pius X Church, 492 Ocean Ave, Portland, immediately followed by a committal service at Brooklawn Memorial Park on 2002 Congress St., Portland. A Celebration of Life to follow at The Brickhouse, Scarborough.
