Here is a modest proposal for Mr. Trump and Mr. Netanyahu: Since it’s so easy to move whole populations, they could move the Israelis out of all the settlements on the West Bank and let the Palestinians from Gaza move in. Then Palestinians would have their own state, Israel would be free of its troublesome occupation and Trump would have his Riviera in Gaza.
