I found it shameful that the post-debate summations by mainstream media pundits have focused primarily on Biden’s age and not on the boisterous, self-aggrandizing Mr. Trump, whose responses failed to answer the questions and were rambling, incoherent (what exactly does “bought the best dog” mean?) and full of outright lies. He also presumed to take credit for actions that were actually made by President Biden.
President Biden’s record of accomplishments (investment in infrastructure, repair of supply chains, investment in manufacturing, student debt relief, creation of millions of jobs, first meaningful gun violence reduction regulation, aggressive climate action, expanded benefits and services veterans exposed to toxins, strengthening our alliances around the world, and many others) have earned him a second term so that he can continue working for all Americans.
Mr. Trump is a convicted felon, is under further indictments, filed for multiple bankruptcies, refused to release his taxes, refused to admit defeat, has been found liable for sexual assault and surrounded himself with a whole host of lawyers and advisers who are also convicted felons.
The choice in November couldn’t be clearer.
