A loaded dump truck crashed into a home on Feb. 20. on the corner of Broadturn Road and Elizabeth Lane when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
No one was hurt, though the truck was damaged, and the building suffered electrical and structural damage.
The truck was owned by Dearborn Brothers Construction of Buxton.
The driver Ean Walsh, 22, of Steep Falls, is not expected to face charges.
