PORTLAND – Retired MSgt. Blanche E. Kelley, 94, of Westbrook passed on Nov. 23, 2022.

Kelley lived a full life playing professional women’s sports and retiring from the U.S. Army where she was the top women’s recruiter in the US for many years. As a driver in the military she drove for President Eisenhower, DeGaulle, and General Patton.

She touched many lives.

There will be a graveside service and military honors on Dece. 5, 2022 at 11.a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery, 300 Stroudwater St, Westbrook. All friends and veterans are invited to attend.
