TOPS #253 has changed location and time.
TOPS formerly met in Biddeford at Seeds of Hope at 35 South St. from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, but will now be meeting from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Mondays at Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford.
