BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from July 5 to July 14:
• Cole R. Fitzemeyer, 18, of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drug or combo).
• Jenny F. Gallant, 22, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Brianna L. Bundy, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Stanley G. Dennison, 51, of Saco, was issued a summons for public urination or defecation.
• Jason C. Wynne, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Jean L. Nelson, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force.
• Dominic Cote, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Valerie G. St. Louis, 34, of Waterboro, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Tony L. Gagnon, 40, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for sale/use of drug paraphernalia.
• A male juvenile, 13, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for a minor consuming alcohol.
• Tony L. Gagnon, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for disorderly conduct, loud and unreasonable noise and a probation hold.
• Charmagn M. Cody, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked, operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol), violating conditions of release and an outstanding warrant.
• Tabitha L. Cochrane, 36, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Robert M. Carson, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Christopher A. Corbeil, 25, of Sabattus, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.
• Christine M. Perreault, 62, of Saco, was issued a summons for obscuring motor vehicle plates marks.
• David P. McCrea, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Tonya M. Legere, 39, of Arundel, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and violating conditions of release.
• Mary K. Beagan, 58, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Nicholas E. Reid, 36, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.
• Jordan C. Kepler, 24, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Jessica K. McRee, 33, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Raymond W. Ferland, 40, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Michael Predmore-Trudeau, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Guy L. Gammon, 58, of Biddeford was issued a summons for public urination or defecation.
• Holly A. Herdman, 27, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drug or combo).
• Samantha A. Cook, 29, of Arundel, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• Geoffrey Ongee, 21, of Westbrook, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with a prior offense of operating under the influence (drug or combo) no test.
• Delvina N. Snyder, 52, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license more than 90 days.
• Codie T. Danis, 20, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Bruce A. Haycock, 39, of Biddeford, was arrested for public urination or defecation and for an outstanding warrant.
• William J. Hoye, 37, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release.
• Robert Gray, 53, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) wit h a prior offense.
• Cody J. Boisvert, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Myles D. Batson, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested for possession of hypodermic apparatuses, sale/use of drug paraphernalia, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and an outstanding warrant.
