OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Feb. 26 to March 3.

• Michael Lydick, 19, of Falmouth, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Israel Collins, 42, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle beyond class restriction.

• Anthony Stanton, 31, of Hope, was issued a summons for operating without a license.

• Peter Duhamel, 44, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle with an expired license.

• Lucas McGowan, 27, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant.

• Stephen Kovach, 31, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

• Anas Abughazaleh, 22, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle.

• Luke Gallant, 23, of Frankfort, was issued a summons operating after suspension with a prior suspension not operating under the influence.

• Connie Rarrick, 60, of Palermo, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

• Andrew Comeau, 35, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

• Jonathon Dowd, 27, of East Waterboro, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release, unlawful posession of a scheduled drug, and criminal mischief.
