• Andrea L. Hawkes, 40, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.

• Mary J. Pendergast, 56, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failing to obtain drivers license.

• Antonio Santos, 18, of Hollis Center, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.

• Cynthia L. Laverriere, 38, of Biddeford, was arrested for probation hold and an outstanding warrant.

• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• Talia C. Mace, 38, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Sarah C. Chamberlain, 36, of Portland, was issued a summons for theft by receiving stolen property.

• David A. Raychard, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• Ayla A. Carney, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Katherine G. Corriveau, 58, of Saco, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

• Jason S. Eldred, 23, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening.

• Gregory R. Chartier, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (loud unreasonable noise).

• Robert D. Marston, 37, of New Gloucester, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.

• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, of Biddeford, was arrested for drinking in public, violating condition of release, and criminal trespass.

• Dakota R. Wakefield, 20, of Sanford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana by person under 21 and the sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

• Michelle L. Mendoza, 39, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, the sale or use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violating condition of release.

• Marshall R. Gagne, 46, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• Joseph A. Marino, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence reckless conduct.

• A juvenile, 15, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana under 21 years old.

• Daniel H. Mitchell, 39, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Christian J. Kozdra, 21, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Richard S. Rogers, 49, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Jeffrey D. Hill, 27, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
