Lois Chasse Ward, of Lisbon Falls, age 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 29, 2018, surrounded by her loving husband, James, of 52 years and family.

She was born on August 18, 1947, in Brunswick, Maine.

Lois graduated from Lisbon High School in 1966. On October 29, 1966, she married her high school sweetheart, James Leland Ward. Together, they raised two sons. Lois loved being with family, sharing stories and reminiscing. She enjoyed gardening, Lisbon High School sports and traveling with her husband.

Lois retired after 33 years from the Lisbon School Department, as the kitchen manager at PW Sugg, where she loved her interaction with the students.

She is survived by her loving husband, James Ward; son, Allen (Heather) Ward of Lisbon Falls; brother, John (Sue) Chasse of Lisbon; three grandsons, Joshua (Lynn) Ward of Auburn, Darren Ward, and Devin Libby, both of Lisbon Falls; a great-grandson whom she loved and adored very much, Avery James Randall Ward; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Lois was predeceased by her youngest son, Randy Ward in 2004.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lisbon High School Stadium Light Project, Lisbon High School, 2 Sugg Drive, Lisbon Falls, ME 04252 ATTN: Amy Austin.

A visitation will be held at Crosman Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Lisbon Falls, ME, from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, November 2, 2018, with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m.
