9/18 at 1:56 a.m. Ryan J. Foss, 39, of Coleman Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Daniel Donovan on a charge of operating under the influence and violating condition of release. 

9/19 at 1:45 a.m. Mercadies Marie Trepanier, 21, of Old Orchard Road, Buxton, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of violating condition of release. 

9/20 at 8:16 p.m. Clifford H. Winchester Jr., 68, of Starboard Drive in Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Haigis Parkway by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/21 at 9:12 p.m. Ryan M. Lowe, 41, of Stevens Avenue in Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Breagh Macaulay on a warrant. 

9/22 at 1:03 a.m. Charles B. Hanlon, 46, of Militia Avenue, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating without a license.

9/19 at 6:47 a.m. Angela Dean, 36, of Prospect Avenue, Rumford, was issued a summons on Haigis Parkway by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating a defective vehicle. 

9/22 at 6:44 a.m. Charles N. Dean, 27, of Cape Road, Hollis, was issued a summons on Municipal Drive by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating a defective vehicle. 

9/23 at 2:19 p.m. Wayman E. Justice, 69, of Pearl Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.
