SANFORD — The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police from Sept. 14 to Sept. 19.  If there is no listing for a specific date, it means no one was arrested or charged on that day, according to police logs provided by the agency:

• Philip Barber, 31, Sanbornville, New Hampshire, was arrested on two warrants following a traffic stop on Main Street at 10:39 a.m. Sept. 14.

• Lindsey Maschoff, 39, Sanford, was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 4:33 a.m. Sept. 15 following a report of a disturbance on June Street.

• Racheal E. Hennessy, 30, Sanford, was issued a summons charging assault at 9:10 p.m. Sept. 15 on Emery Street.

• Mark A. Wildes, 55, Sanford, was issued a summons charging he drove after his license was suspended following a vehicle crash at the intersection of Thompson Street and North Avenue at 8:08 a.m. Sept. 17.

• Michael E. Hietikko, 42, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant at 1:46 p.m. Sept. 17 at the intersection of High Street and Island Avenue. He was also charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. As well, Michelle Lea Brown, 43, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant, and was also charged with theft and violating conditions of release.

• Aline Jeanette Merrill, 73, Sanford, was arrested and charged with three counts of violating a protective order at 11:35 a.m. Sept. 18 on St., Ignatius Street. According to police records, she was arrested a second time at 2:14 p.m. and charged with another count of violating a protective order.

• Ricky A. Naylor, 28, Sanford, was issued a summons charging theft at 8:35 a.m. Sept. 19 on North Avenue.

• Christopher R. Henderson, 28, Shapleigh, was arrested and charged with burglary and two counts of criminal mischief at 2:53 p.m. Sept. 19 on Roberts Street.
