OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Aug. 6 to Aug. 12.
• Ian Clough, 35, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for a suspended registration at 11:45 a.m. on Aug. 6.
• Howard Washburn IV, 20, of South Paris, was issued a summons for possession of liquor by a minor at 7:32 p.m. on Ag. 6.
• A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested on a warrant at 3:07 a.m. on Aug. 7.
• Sydney Araujo, 18, of Billerica, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana by a person under 21 years of age at 11:21 a.m. on Aug. 7.
• Janessa Emmerton, 38, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating after suspension at 12:27 p.m. on Aug. 7.
• Anthony Miner, 44, of Pooler, Georgia, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle more than 150 days at 7:56 p.m. on Aug. 7.
• Matthew Collins, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended registration or allowing operation with a suspended registration at 1:07 a.m.on Aug. 8.
• Mackenzie Green, 22, of Little Valley, New York, was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors at 1:09 a.m. on Aug. 8.
• Jennie Shiner, 35, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant and also charged with operating after suspension at 1:04 p.m. on Aug. 8.
• Sofia Sowden, 18, of Braintree, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for drinking in public at 1:27 p.m on Aug. 8.
• Jonathan Clare, 22, of Norwell, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for drinking in public at 1:27 p.m on Aug. 8.
• John Boone, 54, of Templeton, Massachusetts, was arrested for aggravated assault and refusing to sign a criminal summons.
• A 16-year-old juvenile and a 17-year-old juvenile were issued summons for possession of marijuana at 8:48 p.m.on Aug. 8.
• A 17-year-old juvenile was issued a summons for violating the town ordinance of using a motor vehicle on the beach at 11:04 p.m. On Aug. 8.
• Dan Uwimana, 20, of Portland, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, and violating conditions of release at 8:27 p.m. on Aug. 9.
• Roy Presby, 53, of Standish, was arrested on a warrant at 3:22 p.m. on Aug. 10.
• Philippe Rivard, 20, of Levis, Province of Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for drinking in public at 2:27 p.m. On Aug.11.
• Jerome Lachance, 20, of Levis, Province of Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for drinking in public at 2:27 p.m. On Aug. 11.
• Samuel Roussin, 21, of Levis, Province of Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for drinking in public at 2:27 p.m. On Aug. 11.
• Thierry Turcotte, 20,of Levis, Province of Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for drinking in public at 2:27 p.m. On Aug. 11.
• Stewart Jones, 63, of Rumney, New Hampshire, was arrested on a warrant at 5:05 p.m. On Aug. 11.
• Eleny Morissette, 20, of Montreal, Province of Quebec, was issued a summons for possession of liquor by a minor at 7:17 p.m. On Aug. 11.
• Cole Levesque, 20, of Jay, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor at 1:33 p.m. On Aug. 12.
• Michael Pixley, 21, of Lewiston, was issued as summons for criminal mischief at 1:33 p.m. On Aug. 12.
• Vinessa Jackson, 24, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana at 5:52 p.m. On Aug. 12.
