8/9 at 9:05 p.m. Nicole J. Mallement, 46, of New York City, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jonathan Edwards on charges of theft of services and disorderly conduct. 

8/12 at 2:23 a.m. David Emerson Osgood, 38, of Royalsborough Road, Durham, was arrested on Mallett Drive by Officer Jonathan Edwards on a charge of domestic violence assault.
