The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at the American Legion Smith Tobey Post 21 and ending at Library Park, where a ceremony will take place at the war monument.

The AmVets 5K Fun Run will take place at 8 a.m.; check-in will begin at 7 a.m. The parade will start at Davis Road and end at Durham Community School. BRUNSWICK-TOPSHAM MEMORIAL DAY, 8:30 a.m., Topsham Town Hall, Topsham. The day will begin with an observance at 8:30 a.m. on the plaza between Topsham’s Town Hall and Public Safety building. The parade will follow that, proceeding across the Frank J. Woods Bridge, where a wreath-laying will take place, and finishing at the gazebo on the Brunswick Mall.

LISBON MEMORIAL DAY, 9 a.m., Crafts Cars, Route 196, Lisbon. The parade begins at 9 a.m. a Crafts Cars and ends at Coombs-Monfort Post 158 on Webster Street. A chicken barbecue for veterans their families will take place at noon.

FREEPORT MEMORIAL DAY, 9:30 a.m., Holbrook Street, Freeport. The parade will leave Holbrook Street at 9:30 a.m. and end at the town park on Bow Street, where a ceremony will take place at 10 a.m.

HARPSWELL MEMORIAL DAY, 10:15 a.m., Ewing Narrows Bridge, Harpswell. A wreath-tossing ceremony will take place on the Ewing Narrows Bridge, followed by a parade from Lookout Point Road to Allen Point Road, followed by refreshments at Centennial Hall.

RICHMOND MEMORIAL DAY, 11 a.m., Richmond High School, Main Street. The parade will begin at the high school at 11 a.m., heading down Main Street to the waterfront park, where a wreath-laying ceremony will take place. The parade will then make its way back to the high school. Earlier in the day, starting at 7:30 a.m., members of Post 132 in Richmond will visit eight cemeteries in Richmond, Dresden and Bowdoinham for special ceremonies.
