BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from April 13 to April 20, 2018:
• Emil H. Girard, 18, of Biddeord, was arrested for aggravated criminal mischief, burglary of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief.
• Celina M. Ryan-Davis, 34, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Ryana Garcia, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief.
• Aaron C. Geary, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.
• Jessica A. Cote, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief.
• Joseph A. Hicks, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (drug or combination).
• Jean Louise Nelson, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Christen E. Paulin, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Christina A. Lawsure, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and assault.
• Kiara Perez, 19, of Kittery, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Jonathan Bernard, 18, of Fort Fairfield, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Cole Verrier, 19, of Norway, was issued a summons for a minor cosuming liquor.
• Ethan F. James, 19, of Wiscasset, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Ian Nagle, 19, of Bangor, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Lorenze A. Labonte, 19, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for threatening display of a weapon.
• Michael L. Marchand, 61, of Biddeford, was arrested for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Terrance K. Hall, 27, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with a prior offense.
• Mark P. Oliveri, 49, of Saco, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.
• Wayne A. Bonner, 42, a transient, was arrested for aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug.
• Linda C. Muriel, 63, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated trafficking of a Schedule W drug.
• Christopher R. Ayotte, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and unlawful possession of heroin.
• Patricia M. Fancuilli, 44, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
• Erik S. Hebert, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release, burglary, and refusing to submit to arrest of detention with physical force.
• Austin N. Stoddard, 36, of Wales, was arrested for criminal mischief.
• Jared S. Strout, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.
• Christopher R. Saunders, 39, of Biddeford, was arrested for an oustanding warrant.
• Theodore A. Lefay, 24, of South Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• Muhammed S.Z. Al Rammahi, 19, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Mohamed S. Yakubalghanim, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Harrison J. Coleman, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault with prior domestic violence assault offenses.
• Ryan N. Polk, 31, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or trasnfer (shoplifting).
