WALTHAM, Mass. — Former Brunswick High School standout Matt Brooks and Kris Campbell scored late goals to lift the Bentley College men’s lacrosse team to a 10-9 victory over 17th-ranked Pace recently.
Brooks’ goal with 1:44 left tied the game, and Brooks set up Campbell for the winner 17 seconds later.
Goaltender Michael Haggan made a late save to preserve the win, giving Bentley a 4-8 mark, 3-7 in the Northeast-10 Conference.
Bentley visits AIC on Saturday.
