BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from March 2 to March 7, 2018:
• Gary L. Souliere, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer.
• David R. Patoine, 19, of Arundel, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (fighting) and a minor consuming alcohol.
• Shayne R. Winslow, 22, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (fighting) and violating conditions of release.
• Jennifer R. Schwicker, 46, a transient, was arrested for criminal trespassing.
• Thomas J. McCoubrey, 56, a transient, was arrested for criminal trespassing.
• Jason S. McAlduff, 57, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Harold Gelchinsky, 70, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Emily L. Sheret, 36, of South Portland, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• David S. Violette, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or a combination thereof with two prior offenses.
• Reynald M. Souliere, 70, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Jonathan S. Hathaway, 28, of Saco, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).
• Temple L. Fatjo II, 47, of Kennebunk, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with one prior offense.
• Charles E. Bernard, 40, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.
• Thomas S. Ruebusch, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Randy L. Levesque, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Amanda L. Spilman, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated assault, violating conditions of release and criminal mischief.
• Steven R. Sayles, 30, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Corey A. Wright, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Breeana A. Mawhinney, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
• Katelyn S. Martel, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• David J. Dunton, 52, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
