WATERBORO — Andrew C. Woodsome Jr. “Bimi,” passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Feb. 19, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on Jan. 17, 1940, the son of Andrew C. Woodsome, Sr, and Ellen (Pinkham) Woodsome.

Andrew was a pillar in the Waterboro Community. He has served in many roles, including Selectman, Road Commission and many other committees. He was a 50-year member of the Freedom Lodge #42, an honorary member of the Waterboro Fire Department, a lifetime member and supporter of the Ossipee Valley Fair Association, and supporter of the Acton Fair Association.

He was a longtime businessman, starting with Woodsome’s Sheet Metal, and Woodsome’s Feeds & Needs, employing and mentoring many area youth over the years.

But, most of all, he was a loving husband, Dad, Grampa, and Great-Grandfather.
