BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Feb. 13 to Feb. 19, 2018:

• Jamie L. Pettersen, 36, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for attaching false plates.

• Erik S. Hebert, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespassing, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force.

• Jessica A. Fortney, 24, a transient, was arrested for obstructing government administration, and violating conditions of release.

• Anisa M. Eggleston, 33, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• David O. Alicea, 54, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force, and aggravated trafficking of a scheduled drug.

• Cody N. Cagnon, 29, of Saco, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Caleb W. Shields, 18, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for illegally transporting drugs by a minor and a minor transporting liquor.

• Danielle N. Hennessey, 29, of Portland, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and violating conditions of release.

• Corey A. Wright, 30, a transient, was issued a summons for carrying a concealed weapon and violating conditions of release.

• Corey G. Morgan, 32, a transient, was arrested for a probation hold, violating a protection from abuse order, and violating conditions of release.

• Brent Hammond, 38, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Caleb D. Emerson, 21, of Newton, New Hampshire, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Brandie M. Fitch, 25, a transient, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release.

• Kelsie M. Fitch, 25, a transient, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release.

• Ashley N. Jordan, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• Ernest A. Collins-Prindall II, 42, of Scarborough, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale/use of drug paraphenalia.

• Dawn M. Ruby, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim, violating conditions of release, assault, and criminal threatening.

• Joseph W. Whitcomb, 39, of Biddeford, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and obstructing the report of an injury.

• Chasity Lakin, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• Kristen M. Gould, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• Brittany V. Camire, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Delancey Nicoll, 29, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

• Paras D. Shah, 22, of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
