BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Dec. 26 to Dec. 27:

• Briant S. Levigne, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested on a probation hold.

• Peter B. Murray, Jr., 19, of Standish, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.  

• Thomas E. Hartford, 30, of Limington, was issued a summons for violating a protection from abuse order.

• Autumn Weed, 20, of Falmouth, was issued a summons for illegally transporting drugs by a minor.

• Alexander M. Quill, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

• Rashan C. Leonard-Davis, 27, of Tampa, Florida, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Joseph J. Hilbert, 39, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

• Tonya C. York, 46, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated forgery, theft by receiving stolen property and violating conditions of release.
