KENNEBUNK — The Kennebunk Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Oct. 21 and Dec. 7:
• Norman B. Arnoff, 73, of New York City, New York, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Roger J. Huot, 61, of Dayton, was issued a summons for driving to endanger.
• Raeven M. Rich, 22, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following license suspension with a prior.
• Steven H. Wilson, 56, of Telluride, Colorado, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• Aaron T. Wilcox, 37, of Kennebunk, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Shane W. Boilard, 41, of Portland, was arrested for forgery.
• Frank Salomone, 73, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license and attaching false plates.
• Jesse J. Taylor, 18, of Wells, was arrested on a charge of unlawful furnishing a scheduled Z drug.
• Christopher G. Vachon, 33, of Sanford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• Kathleen M. Baccari, of Kennebunk, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
• Andrea J. Scardino, 44, of Kennebunk, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
• Trevor McNaney, 22, of Portland, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered/never registered vehicle.
• Branden R. Reynolds, 23, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Eden W. Hefferon, 19, of Waterboro, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• Marcus R. Clarrage, 18, of Sanford, was arrested on a charge of unlawful furnishing a scheduled Z drug.
• Jacob T. Desfosses, 25, of Alfred, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Joseph P. Boldiga, III, of York, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
• Dakota R. Wakefield, 19, of Sanford, was arrested on charges of motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over the speed limit and violating conditions of release.
• Charles P. MacLennan, 35, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Derek J. Beaucage, 36, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for five counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
• Jason M. Pomeroy, 24, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Laura A. Holder, 42, of Kennebunk, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Kathleen R. Dow, 45, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for criminal mischief.
• William E. Ames, 26, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
