BATH — Morse erased a one-point deficit after three quarters to slip past Westbrook, 33-30 in girls high school junior varsity basketball action recently.
Morse led 9-4 after one quarter and by four points at the half, 19-15, before Westbrook took the lead after three.
An 8-4 Morse advantage in the fourth sealed the victory for the Shipbuilders.
Brooke Kulis paced Morse (1-2) with eight points, while Julia Goddard and Alison Donovan each added seven and five points apiece. Lorelei Pryor and Abby Sreden each tossed in three points, while Macey Coffin (two points) and Abby Carpenter (one point) also hit the scoring column.
