Durward Ferland, principal, Macpage

Durward Ferland helps lead information assurance services at Macpage and advises clients nationwide. He regularly performs SOC examinations as well as IT general control reviews and readiness assessments for financial institutions, insurance companies, service bureaus, data centers and others. Mark Monnin currently teaches courses in Cyber Security and Information Technology.  Before starting at USM, he was the Chair of the Computer Science and Information Technology department at York County Community College.  He has working in the IT field since 1988 and has been full-time for more than 8 years.

A member of the Sage team since 2003, Rick is responsible for operations, technology, administration, sales, client services and innovation. Rick has over twenty years of business, information technology and cyber experience and has earned multiple certifications. Previously at Sage, Rick served as Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, he oversaw the technical infrastructure supporting Sage and nDiscovery, with a focus on maintaining a secure, redundant, high performance environment. He enjoys his off-hours spending time on the water, skiing and enjoying all life has to offer with family and friends.
