Joseph is survived by his sons: Michael, Kevin, Dan, Mark, Jeff, 19 grandchildren, and 17 greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wives Betty (Rush) Ouellette and Violet (Small-Davis) Ouellette, his son Denys Ouellette, and daughter
Betty Jo Anne Gilley, and parents Vital and
Anna Ouellette.
Joe retired from the Air Force after 26 years of service.
