The 1690 House offers breakfast, morning pastries, coffees, salads and sandwiches.
They are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They are closed on Tuesday and are located at 1690 Post Road, U.S. Route 1 in Wells.
The new business is operated by Grace Olson, Doug Perry and Kristen Lawson Perry.
