HOLLIS — The Hollis Planning Board is seeking public input regarding an application to open a used car sales lot at 660 Cape Road in the town.
Town officials received an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a used car business at the Cape Road location this spring.
Following established procedure in accordance with the Hollis Zoning Ordinance, Hollis Planning Board members have scheduled a Public Hearing for 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Hollis Community Building.
At the conclusion of the public hearing, Hollis Planning Board members will conduct the board’s regular monthly meeting.
All town residents are welcome to attend the public hearing, but those unable to attend may submit written comments to be reviewed at the hearing.
Comments may be sent by email to planningboard@hollismaine.org. or by postal mail at Hollis Planning Board, 34 Town Farm Road, Hollis, ME 04042.
Written comments may also be submitted for review by members of the Hollis Planning Board during regular business hours at the Hollis Town Hall, 34 Town Farm Road, Hollis.
