WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between June 27 and July 4.
• Katherine Smith, 42, of 47 Hooper Sands Road, South Berwick, was summonsed for failure to register a vehicle for greater than 150 days after a traffic stop on North Berwick Road at 7:12 p.m. June 27. She was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Dylan Merritt Young, 25, of 9 Marshall St. Apt. 2, Troy, New Hampshire, was summonsed for operating a vehicle without license and operating with a suspended registration after an investigation into a traffic crash on Post Road at 6:02 p.m. June 28. He was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Thomas Pepin, 52, of 30 Landing Drive, Methuen, Massachusetts, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol after an investigation into a traffic crash on Eldridge Road at 8:21 p.m. June 29. Pepin was released on his own personal recognizance and given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Marion Brennick, 52, of 14 Ell Pond Road, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 9:08 p.m. Saturday. She was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
• Collien Atchinson, 48, of Rensselaer, New York, was arrested for violation of a protective order after a report of a disturbance at a local hotel at 9:16 a.m. Monday. Atchinson was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred where she was held without bail. Atchinson was also charged with refusing to sign a summons. She was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court. In the same incident, Joseph Ryan, 61, of 30 2nd Ave., Rensselaer, New York, was arrested for violation of a protective order. Ryan was transported to the county jail where he was held without bail. He was given an Aug. 22 court date at York District Court.
• Jeremy Ward, 34, of 37 Kent St., Sanford, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 11:47 a.m. Monday. He was given a Sept. 19 court date at York District Court.
