WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between March 21 and March 28.

• Andrew Gagne, 29, of 61 June St. Apt. A, Sanford, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 5:48 p.m. March 21. He was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.

• Anthony Squillacioti, 64, of 344 Clubhouse Road, Wells, was arrested for operating under the influence following a complaint by concerned citizen at 3:04 p.m. March 22. Squillacioti was released on his own personal recognizance and given a May 16 court date at York District Court.

• Christopher Shaw, 61, of 77 Day Hill Road, Wells, was summonsed for failing to stop for an officer, driving to endanger and refusing to submit to arrest or detention after a brief, low-speed pursuit on Chick Crossing Road at 10:26 p.m. March 23. Shaw was transported to Southern Maine Health Care in Biddeford and later given a July 18 court date at York District Court.

• Taylor Gauer, 19, of 85 Beaver Dam Road, North Waterboro, was summonsed for criminal speeding — traveling at or greater than 30 mph over the posted speed limit — after a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 11:27 p.m. on Friday. She was given a July 18 court date at York District Court.

• Bobby Porter, 57, of 345 Lindsey Road, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 3:46 p.m. Sunday. He was given a July 18 court date at York District Court.

• David Massey, 34, of 16 Lincoln St. Portland, was summonsed for operating with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 5:21 a.m. Tuesday. He was given a July 18 court date at York District Court.
