WELLS — The Wells Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Feb. 28 and March 6.
• Dale Lennon, 27, of 16 Pleasant St., South Berwick, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with failure to appear related to a prior traffic stop at 3:50 p.m. Feb. 28. He was also charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court for the suspended license charge on May 16.
• Frank Wright, 71, of 69 North Village Road, Cape Neddick, was summonsed for failing to make an oral or written accident report following investigation into an earlier hit-and-run accident at 5 p.m. Feb. 28. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on May 16.
• Heidi Myers, 56, of 310 Burnt Mill Road, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop on Lindsey Road at 4:10 p.m. March 1. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court on May 16.
• Matthew Brasier, 42, of 53 Mountain Road, Alfred, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging him with theft by deception and home repair fraud at 7:51 p.m. March 2. He was transported to the York County Jail in Alfred.
• Mark Grushey, 38, of 37 Robert Mills Road, South Portland, was summonsed for attaching false plates following a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 7:28 p.m. March 2. He was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Aaron Gervais, 33, of 1372 Post Road Apt. 1C, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop on Post Road at 10:39 a.m. March 5. He was given a May 16 court date at York District Court.
• Jake Bagley, 23, of 750 Sanford Road #1, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop on North Berwick Road at 1:51 p.m. March 5. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on May 16.
• Blaine Woodward, 23, of 1035 Meetinghouse Road, Wells, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a traffic stop on Sanford Road at 5:01 a.m. March 6. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court on May 16.
