On April 1, Feed Our Scholars will hold it’s annual fundraising dinner at 5 p.m. at the Fellowship Hall of First Congregational Church, UCC, in Wiscasset. The dinner will be a pot luck recipe auction. Bring a favorite main dish, salad, side dish, or dessert along with a printed/ written copy of the recipe for the dish.
After enjoying a delicious dinner sampling all or as many of the dishes as desired, FOS Auctioneer Suzanne Rankin, will auction off the recipes to benefit the Feed Our Scholars program of supplying weekend packs of food for food insecure Wiscasset area schoolchildren.
Matt O’Donnell will perform during the dining portion of the evening.
There is no charge for the dinner, but there will be a donation basket. Plan to come and bring a favorite dish with the recipe. If one doesn’t have a dish to share, don’t stay away: attend, eat, bid, join the fun, and support Feed Our Scholars.
