BRUNSWICK — Dory Kulis popped for 15 points to lead three players in double figures as the Morse High School freshman girls edged past rival Brunswick, 42-39, on Saturday.
The Dragons led 10-6 after a quarter, but fell behind 24- 22 at the half. Brunswick recovered to take a 35-32 advantage into the fourth quarter.
Abby Sreden had 11 points and Paige Faulkingham 10 for Morse.
Tanisha McKenzie had a game-high 18 points for Brunswick, with Grace Clendening adding nine points, and Bailey Hartill and Izzy Banks splitting 12 points down the middle.
