WATERTOWN, Mass.—Tufts Health Plan has announced the promotion of Michele Lowe of Saco to director of sales and product administration.
In addition to her current responsibilities leading the sales programs, sales operations, and sales technology and information teams, Lowe will oversee new product implementations and the administration and maintenance of Tufts Health Plan’s current product portfolio, including monitoring regulatory changes.
Lowe began her career with Tufts Health Plan in 1997. She started as an administrative coordinator and was quickly promoted into project support and project management roles.
During the past 19 years, Lowe represented and supported the commercial sales department on every product implementation and major corporate project affecting the sales department.
Lowe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and is a 2012 Women Unlimited, “Lead” Program graduate.
