
Renovations at White Barn Inn included guest room and common area upgrades to meet the standards of the modern luxury traveler. Lavish outdoor space was also added as well as new cottage and elegant deck dining spaces.
The company’s unique portfolio of hotels across the Americas has been accumulated since 2004 and includes The Vanderbilt Inn, Grace Cafayate Hotel and Villas, and La Dolfina Grace, currently under development.
“These capital improvements range from full-scale renovations to the updating of furnishings and fixtures,” said Frank Espinosa, CEO of Elandis. “At both properties, expertise from the luxury hospitality industry was combined with premiere local design consultation to ensure that state-of-the-art convenience is balanced with the celebrated local architectural vernacular. Our objective is to ensure the properties are wholly relevant to current and anticipated market dynamics and, in turn, to enhance asset values.”
Elandis oversees more than 5.8 million square feet of commercial and residential property. It controls about 2,500 multi-family residences and is embarking on a comprehensive investment program to acquire further properties.
