KENNEBUNK — Residents of Atria Kennebunk recently rode to Maine’s beaches in antique cars, complements of members from the Pine Tree Model-A Club. Member John MacIntyre has been with the Pine Tree Model–A Club for 8 years. He owns a two-door 1930 model. Also joining the group was Joseph Cerny, who has been with the Model-A Club for four years. He owns a Business Coupe, which was the favorite among Atria’s community.

Maynard Meserve has been with the club for three years and owns a 1928 Roadster. “We met some wonderful people today. Everyone was very gracious. I enjoyed every minute of it.” said Meserve. Next, stirring some old-fashioned memories, was Bobby Harp, who arrived in a 1929 Model-A Ford; he has been with the club for two years. “Boy, Atria even gave us a lunch spread with lobster rolls to say thanks for coming in. I felt right at home and look forward to coming back next year,” Harp said.
