From the Journal Tribune: “October may very well bring final approval of Catholic Charities Maine’s plan to develop a new day care and affordable dental clinic on the old Decary baseball field, on Pool Road. The planning board will be reviewing results of a traffic study, conducted by the non-profit, and other ways to organization is attempting to mitigate impact on the residential neighborhood. ”
