The five-person cast of “A Day In The Life” takes the audience on a journey back to the turbulent decade of the 1960s. A collage of media depicting the highs and lows of the counterculture movement during the era of free love, peace, and hippies accompanies the live onstage performance by the show’s cast. The Beatles’ entire career, from Ed Sullivan to Abbey Road, is recreated through five costume changes. Hear classics like “I Want To Hold Your Hand,” “Yesterday,” “Come Together,” “Let It Be” and “A Day In The Life.”
The show features Morgan Cates (bass), Ira Kramer (rhythm guitar), Josh Kovach (lead guitar), Andrew Carlson (drums) and Colin Graebert (keyboards). “A Day In The Life” is the only complete Beatles retrospective on the east coast performed with Beatles-aged performers.
The show begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and are available at adayinthelifelive.com or by calling 828-4167.
