The Schoolhouse Arts Center will hold “Clue – the Musical” as its fall 2016 production. The popular board game has come to the stage with a book by Peter DePietro, musical score by Galen Blum, Wayne Barker, and Vinnie Martucci, and lyrics by Tom Chiodo. Clue is directed by Jocelyn French with musical direction by Rebecca Caron.

The public can meet the cast and play the board game Clue with cast members at a special community event, “Live Tweet Tuesday” on Sept.13.

Presented with a 15-minute intermission, audience members will pick the murderer, the weapon and the room in which the murder takes place. No one in the audience or the cast (except the victim) will know who, how or where the deed is done, until it is all revealed at the end. There are 216 possible different endings at each performance, so it’s never the same show twice.

Performances of Clue will take place on Sept.16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25 and 30, and Oct. 1 and 2. Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30p. m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. The Schoolhouse Arts Center is located at 16 Richville Road, Standish. Tickets are $18 for adults, or $16 for students and seniors.
