The Better Breathers Club of Southern Maine is open to anyone interested in learning more about pulmonary disease and improving their quality of life. Small-group sessions allow participants to share experiences and learn in a comfortable and caring environment. This group is free. Sessions are held from 1:15-2:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at Southern Maine Health Care Physicians, 9 Healthcare Drive, Biddeford. For more information, call 283-7789.
