
She was born in Biddeford on June 7, 1943, daughter of the late Donat and Jeanne (Fortier) Bineau. For many years, Muriel worked as a medical assistant.
Muriel enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles, playing cards and bowling. She belonged to several bowling leagues over the years, and sang in the St. Anne’s Church Folk Group in Gorham, where she was a parishioner.
She is survived by: her husband, Roland Racine; children Kristina Vachon and her husband Steve of Buxton, and Keith Temm and his wife Shelley of Buxton; brothers Leo Bineau of Biddeford, Donat Bineau Jr. of Saco, and Roger Bineau of Connecticut; step-children Brenda Coe and Nancy Davidson; her first husband, Roy Temm of Scarborough; grandchildren Kyle, Derek, Josh and Sadie; several step-grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter, Leira.
Burial will be private at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford.
