From the Journal Tribune: “Mold is growing on the carpets at Biddeford Primary School, causing concern for parents and a last-minute dilemma for the school department as September quickly approaches. On Monday morning, July 17, white patches of fuzzy mold were visible in 14 classrooms and in the wing’s hallway, a total of 12,000-square-feet.”

From the Biddeford-Saco Journal: “Vacationists crowded Biddeford’s streets yesterday on the first day of the annual Canadian Days. Poor beach weather as named as one of the reason’s for the heavy traffic that clogged the Main Street business district for some time in the afternoon.”
