A free macrobiotics natural foods cooking class will be held by Southern Maine Health Care from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Sweetser School, 50 Moody St., Saco. A Maine Inland Fisheries and Wildlife Boat Safety Class will be held from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Acton Town Hall, 35 H Road, Acton. The class is open to both residents and non-residents and costs $5 per person; participants will receive a Boat Safety Card upon completion of the class.
