Brush up on French at Trafton Senior Center in Sanford. Those with some basic knowledge of the French language and interested in improving may want to attend the Rusty French Club, which meets the third Wednesday of each month, at the Trafton Senior Center, 19 Elm St., Sanford from 10-11:30 a.m.

The free sessions are led by Franco-American Lorraine Masure and include a bit of music – Franco, of course – and the coffee pot, organizers say, is always on.
