BIDDEFORD — Biddeford Primary School received $1,000 from the Hannaford Helps Schools Program, which allows the school to utilize the funds for items or projects that are often cut due to budgetary constraints. Through the program, staff and parents generate donations by purchasing participating products which received “school dollars” and deposit them in the school of their choice collection tower upon checkout. BPS plans to use the contribution toward the student Field Day and summer upkeep of their new Sensory Garden.
