HARPSWELL — All Saints by the Sea Episcopal Chapel on Washington Avenue, Bailey Island, will hold its weekly service on Sunday, July 17 at 9:30 a.m. The celebrant will be the Rev. Richard Hall of Brunswick. This year is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the chapel.
