6/13 at 9:36 a.m. Gary Smart, 62, of Elm Street, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Decker on Pleasant Street on a charge of operating without a license.
6/14 at 8:47 a.m. Roan Tracey, 25, of Moffatt Lane, Georgetown, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.
6/14 at 9:17 p.m. A 14-year-old male, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Green Street on a charge of assault.
6/18 at 8:35 p.m. Two Bowdoinham females, ages 15 and 14, were both issued summonses by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Main Street on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a juvenile.
Four gone
6/17 at 4:52 p.m. Officer Malcolm Marshall responded to the theft of a red Honda Fourtrax four-wheeler from outside a Meadow Road residence. The vehicle was taken sometime that day, while no one was at home.
