Summer Reading Program at Lyman’s Community Library sign-ups begin. Participating is as easy as making a reading goal and updating progress on the bulletin board. Badges will be awarded, and raffles will be drawn at the Ice Cream Social and Award Ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 27 at 11 a.m.
