5/29 at 2:47 a.m. Dean Arsenault, 29, of Franklin Street, Rumford, was arrested by Officer Matthew Merriman in Cumberland on a charge of violating conditions of release.

5/29 at 3:49 a.m. Lawrence Cushing III, 44, of Juniper Lane, Gray, was arrested by Officer Scott Hendee on Blanchard Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

5/24 at 6:38 a.m. Adrian Horn, 40, of Gray Road, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Hendee on Blanchard Road on charges of attaching false license plates and allowing illegal operation of a motor vehicle.

5/28 at 5:15 p.m. Michaux Yokamola, 40, of Veranda Street, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Hendee on Gray Road on charges of attaching false license plates and operating without a license.
